I’m Sarah Mitchell, and I run EDP Association myself.
I started this site because getting clear help with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 can be harder than it should be. A lot of advice online is either too vague to be useful, already out of date, or buried under so many ads that the actual answer is hard to find. That is especially frustrating when you are trying to finish a spreadsheet, fix an Outlook issue, format a Word document, or work out where a feature moved in Microsoft 365.
EDP Association exists to make that easier. My goal is simple: to publish practical, plain-language help that gets to the point. I focus on the kinds of questions people run into while working or studying, and I aim to explain things in a way that feels straightforward rather than technical for the sake of it.

This site is centered on Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 help. That includes:

Across those topics, I publish how-tos, troubleshooting steps, and plain-language tutorials for work and study. The aim is to help you solve the problem in front of you without making you dig through a long, confusing explanation first.
How I put articles together
I want the information here to be useful, clear, and easy to follow. When I publish, I focus on practical steps, direct explanations, and topics that match the real questions people have about Microsoft apps and services.
